The Polymorphs were born from metal brought back to life by human hands. With their thin, flexible skeletons, these sculpted organisms slowly change shape to adapt to everything around them. They roam the world carrying two candles on their backs, the only light that allows them to see. If their flames ever go out, they freeze where they stand, forever.
